This intuitive temperature control automatically monitors and regulates the warming drawer’s temperature.

Enjoy the versatility of the Slow Roast function which allows you to roast foods such as beef, pork and poultry over a long period of time with tender, moist results. It cooks and roasts foods slowly at a low temperature and features two settings, resulting in flexible slow roast options.

This specialized warming drawer function provides a controlled environment for proofing bread with excellent results. It prepares dough for baking by activating the yeast and allowing bread and rolls to rise at a low temperature.

Freeing you from design constraints, this warming drawer can be installed both indoors as well as in outdoor locations like patios and decks.

Two humidity settings allow you to precisely control the moistness or crispness of food by opening or closing the vent slots in the door. The Moist setting holds moisture in the drawer to keep food soft, while the Dry setting allows steam and moisture to escape from the drawer to keep food crispy.

KitchenAid® 30" PrintShield™ Stainless Steel Warming Drawer 

This function can be used in place of a countertop slow cooker, eliminating the need for a separate appliance and saving counter space. It cooks food slowly at a low temperature, great for braising meats and vegetables or building flavor in stews and curries.

The food warming function is designed to maintain cooked food at an optimal serving temperature ranging from low to high. It can warm multiple dishes at the same time.

This provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.

The rack can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes. Warming drawer includes two racks.

Personalize with a curated palette of exterior finishes and mixed metal hardware. Pick from lush Juniper, warm Black Ore and classic Stainless Steel finishes, all with matching handles. Personalize your hardware with optional handle accessory kits in Brass, Bronze, Black Ore and Stainless Steel.

A thermostat monitors the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to help prevent food from drying out.
