How to Find Your Appliance Model Number
To ensure you receive the correct part, it's essential to have your appliance's model number. Just like a car mechanic needs your vehicle’s make and model to find the right part, we need your appliance’s model number for the best match.
Where to Look for the Model Number:
- Model numbers can be numeric (e.g., 1005400) or alphanumeric (e.g., LAT1000AAE).
- Typically located on a paper sticker or metal plate attached to the appliance.
- Common locations include behind the door, inside the frame, or near the control panel.
- If your product was purchased at Sears, you may see two model numbers. Always use the manufacturer’s model number when searching for parts.
